We’re an up to 7 piece band featuring a combination of; double female vocals, guitar, bass, keys, drums and sax, playing everything we can from the very broad genre that is soul music! We can be flexible in size from just vocals to full Septet to fit almost any size venue and stage.

New Gigs added all the time!
Music vs Football at the Mulberry!
We had another great gig at the Mulberry on Saturday night. We were booked to play long before the Seagulls vs Man United match was arranged, and the pub staff did a brilliant job of making sure both sets of music and footy fans could enjoy the evening.
Bar Manager Donna said, “You’re one of the best bands we have at our pub, you always bring a following with you and we all have a great time with the music you play too.”
It certainly is a great pub to play in and we will back there once again in June. Can’t wait!
Chamber Soul Music?
You might have heard of Chamber music? Well the Soulsmiths added some Soul into that when performing for the Worthing and Adur Chamber Christmas Party in December.
“The Soulsmiths were excellent,” said Chamber Chief Executive Tina Tilley, “they got us all up dancing and singing along and really brought the party to life. We loved it!”
Soul for the Homeless
Two of our members performed for charity in Worthing town centre recently. Singers Kelly and Caryn sang to raise money as part of Worthing Churches Homeless Projects’ Busking Day. Shoppers in Worthing were grooving along to their soulful vocals and had a great time! Lots of money was raised and went to this very deserving cause too
The band love playing to get people up dancing and having a good time so if that’s what you’re after for your special occasion then look no further.
We are happy to learn a special song – even if it’s not soul! We rehearse weekly so it’s easy for us to learn a new song for your special occasion, don’t be afraid to ask.
We also constantly adjust our sets to fit the venue and keep things fresh. We have sets comprising of 1,2 and 3 sessions so can be really flexible for your needs.
50 Years of Soul
We’re learning more and more songs in the form of Soul and it’s something that can be extremely diverse as a genre. We currently play everything from early 1960’s motown to modern tracks from this decade that just have that bit of soul about them. Check out our full song list for more info on exactly what we play.
